What we need from you
Have this ready when for the call.
- A photo of the worn or broken part
- Outside diameter, pitch and overall length if you can measure it
- The make and model of the machine
- What the auger was moving
If you can’t measure it, send the photo anyway and we’ll work from that. We’ve been doing this twenty-five years — we can usually identify a part from an image.
Servicing wait times
How fast is turnaround?
Forty-eight hours from confirmed order for straightforward replacements. We’ll tell you honestly on the call if your job can’t hit that, and what it can hit.
We’re in New South Wales. Everything is made here, so we’re not waiting on an overseas container.
No urgency
Not urgent, but wearing out?
If you can see a part heading for failure, replacing it on your schedule is cheaper than replacing it on its own. Send it to us and we’ll quote a replacement — and tell you why it wore the way it did.
