High Standards

Finish is specified per job. We manufacture augers and flighting from 9mm to 300mm in 304, 316 and 2205 duplex stainless, finished to the level the application requires — from a standard industrial finish through to a smooth, crevice-free sanitary finish for food contact applications.

Where a hygienic finish is specified, the objective is a surface with nowhere for product or bacteria to lodge, and a flight-to-shaft junction that cleans down properly.

Being local we are capable of a fast turn around, typically 7-14 days or as little as 48hrs in a breakdown situation.

With 25 years of experience in the industry, we provide Auger/Funnel design consultation when required to work with new products or hard to fill products, to get your weights and fill time as efficient and reliable as possible.
